Rose Rock Midstream Prices Units Offering

(RTTNews) - Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. (RRMS) said Tuesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 4.75 millin common units representing limited partner interests at an offering price of $33.44 per unit.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 712,500 common units.

The partnership plans to use the net proceeds from the offering and from any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional common units to repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility, fund capital expenditures and for general partnership purposes.

Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
