Scynexis Names Sanjay Subramanian CFO

(RTTNews) - Scynexis Inc. (SCYX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on severe rare diseases, on Thursday appointed Sanjay Subramanian as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 9.

The company also announced the retirement of Ivor Macleod as CFO, on the same date.

Macleod will remain with the company through October 9 to support the transition.

Subramanian has more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as CFO and Head of Business Development at Inozyme Pharma.

On Wednesday, Scynexis closed trading 4.66% lesser at $4.9100 on the Nasdaq.
