Seagate Technology PLC Earnings Climb 50% In Q4

(RTTNews) - Seagate Technology PLC (STX) announced a profit for its fourth quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $207 million, or $0.69 per share. This was up from $138 million, or $0.43 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 9.6% to $2.65 billion. This was down from $2.93 billion last year.
