Seamless´ Top Three Shareholders Confirms Full Subscription in Rights Issue

Seamless Distribution AB has previously announced the support by the Company's largest shareholders for the ongoing rights issue. The Company is delighted to further announce that its three largest shareholders, representing almost 30% of the company's share capital, now all have confirmed subscription for the maximum allowable number of rights relative to their current shareholding.
