SentinelOne Shares Down 12% In After-Hrs Following Quarterly Results, Outlook

(RTTNews) - Shares of SentinelOne, Inc. (S) were down 12 percent on Wednesday's extended training after the company revealed first quarter revenue outlook, a tad below the Street estimates. The company's loss, however, narrowed in the fourth quarter, helped by higher revenues.

In the first quarter of 2026, the cyber security company expects revenues of around $228 million. The Street expects the company to post revenues of $228.17 million for the three-month period. Analysts' estimates, usually, exclude items.

In fiscal 2026, revenues are expected in the $1.007 billion to $1.012 billion range. On average, analysts expect the company to post revenues of $1.01 billion in the year ahead.

In its latest fourth quarter, the company posted narrower loss of $70.79 million or $0.22 per share, compared to $71.98 million or $0.24 per share in the same period last year.

On an adjusted basis, earnings came in at $12.17 million or $0.04 per share for the period.

Quarterly revenues, however, climbed to $225.52 million from $174.18 million in the prior-year period.

On the NYSE, the stock was down 12 percent in Wednesday's after-hours trading at $16.90. It closed Wednesday's regular trade at $19.30, down 3 percent.
