Skycar Developer Moller International Sets Date for 2010 Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Moller International (OTCBB: MLER) will conduct its 2010 Annual Shareholders meeting on Saturday, December 4, 2010, from 10:00 AM to noon. The meeting will be held at 1632 Da Vinci Ct., Davis, CA 95618-4860, directly adjacent to MI's main offices. Parking is available at 1632 Da Vinci Ct. or at MI's offices at 1222 Research Park Dr.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. Election of Board of Directors

2. Annual report to shareholders

3. Such other business as may be properly brought up at the meeting

Shareholders of record on the books of the corporation at the close of business on December 3, 2010 will be entitled to vote at the meeting. All shareholders are cordially invited to attend the meeting in person. It is important that your shares be represented regardless of the number you own. Please contact the company and request a proxy ballot if you are unable to attend in person.

Freedom Motors 2010 Annual Shareholders' meeting will be held immediately following the MI session. Matters specifically oriented to Freedom Motors shareholders will be addressed.

Following the meetings, Moller International's M400 Skycar® and other products will be on display at the corporate offices.
