SL Green Realty Prices Underwritten Public Offering Of 2.60 Mln Shares

(RTTNews) - SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG) announced Tuesday that it priced an underwritten public offering of 2.60 million shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share. The closing price of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $98.15 on October 28, 2013.

The company has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 390,000 shares of Common Stock during the next 30 days. The offering is expected to close on November 1, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company noted that it intends to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include new investments and repayment of outstanding indebtedness of the Company and its subsidiaries.
