Sodexo : Marc Rolland takes up role of Sodexo CFO effective 21 December 2015

Issy-les-Moulineaux, December 21, 2015 - As was announced in March 2015, Siân Herbert-Jones took a personal decision to leave Sodexo following her successful tenure as Group CFO, with a year-long transition period to enable her successor, Marc Rolland, to smoothly come on board.

The transition from Siân Herbert-Jones to Marc Rolland has been completed successfully. Accordingly, Marc Rolland becomes Group CFO effective Monday December 21, 2015. Sian Herbert-Jones will continue to support the Group until 29 February 2016.
