Solteq and KuntaPro Oy Agreed on Significant Collaboration

In a public procurement process, KuntaPro Oy, which provides system solutions and services to municipalities, municipal federations and municipal companies, has selected the Solteq Solar solutions as its service ERP solution. In future, Solteq Solax will be part of KuntaPro’s Kuntax ERP system. The solution will be offered to KuntaPro's owners and clients as a service.

Cities and municipalities can use the Solax system to manage and enhance their operations in e.g. municipal engineering, property management and production plants, as well as in-home, care and cleaning services.

The agreement signed now is not estimated to have a material impact on Solteq's financial performance for 2014. In a longer term, however, it is estimated that the agreement will have significant effect in Solteq’s strategy as a part of the improvement of Solteq’s Enterprise Asset & Service Business Management Segment’s growth prospects.
