SOLUTIONS 30 : 1st Half 2014 revenues: €54.2m, up 26%

 

International up 58% with noticeable developments in Germany                                     Confirmation of strong outlook both in terms of activity and profitability

SOLUTIONS 30 consolidated and unaudited revenues for the 1st half of 2014 stood at €54.2 million, an 26% increase on 1st half 2013 revenues. Two-third of the growth are due to acquisitions made in 2013.  

 

 

I - Activity

Domestic activity is up by 17% thanks to the growth of « historical » activities such as IT/Telecom, POS terminals and Security. International business amounted to €15.0 million, up 58%. Fueled by the noticeable developments on the German market as well as the strong performance in Italy, it now accounts for 28% of the overall activity.

II - Outlook

 

At the beginning of the summer, Solutions 30 was associated to two large bids from ERDF and GrDF  for the installation and maintenance of "smart meters" Linky (for EDF) and Gazpar (for GrDF). Outcome of the bids will be made public by the second half of the year.

For the year as a whole, the Group confirms the outlook of a double-digit growth, with revenues beyond € 100 million and a continued improvement in operating profitability compared to 2013.
