STALLERGENES: Procedures for Availability and Consultation of Preparatory Documents for the General Meeting of 26 June 2015

27 May 2015 – STALLERGENES SA (Paris:GENP) shareholders are hereby informed that they are invited to attend the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting at the Maison de la Mutualité, 24 rue Saint Victor, 75005 Paris, on Friday 26 June 2015, at 2.00pm.

Notice of the meeting including the agenda and the draft resolutions submitted to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of 20 May 2015, as well as on the Company’s website (www.stallergenes.com). It contains the agenda for this General Meeting, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and the main conditions under which shareholders may participate, vote and exercise their rights.

In accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, all the documents that must be kept at the disposal of shareholders under General Meetings will be available at the Company’s registered office, within the statutory time limits and, in relation to the documents provided for in Article R.225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code, on the Company’s website at the following address: www.stallergenes.com from the twenty-first day preceding the General Meeting.
