Standard Motor Products Appoints Nathan Iles As New CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Standard Motor Products, Inc. (SMP), an automotive replacement parts manufacturer and distributor, announced Monday that Nathan Iles has been named the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Iles, age 43, succeeds Jim Burke, who served as CFO since 1999. Burke was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will assist in the transition of CFO duties to Iles.

As CFO, Iles will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Eric Sills, and will serve on the Company's senior leadership team.

Iles most recently served as Vice President and CFO at UCI International Holdings, where he oversaw all the financial reporting for the company. Iles also served in other finance positions at Sears Holdings Corp. and Deloitte & Touche.
