Strad Announces New AGM Date

CALGARY, May 7, 2019 /CNW/ - Strad Energy Services Ltd. ("Strad" or the "Company") (TSX:SDY) announces they will host their Annual General and Special Meeting ("AGM") on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

This new AGM date is reflected in the Notice of the meeting and record date (amended) that was filed on SEDAR on May 2, 2019.

This is a revised date from the previous press release from today that announced Strad's plan to change its name to better reflect business versatility.
