Superior Industries CEO Don Stebbins To Retire, Effective Dec 31, 2018

(RTTNews) - Superior Industries International Inc. (SUP) said that Don Stebbins, President and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors, will retire effective December 31, 2018.

The Company's Chairman, Timothy McQuay, will assume all duties of the President and Chief Executive Officer immediately. The Board has initiated an external search for a permanent President and Chief Executive Officer.

Until a permanent Chief Executive Officer is identified, McQuay will lead the team in the continued execution of Superior's strategy to further position Superior for growth, accelerate the integration of best practices across the organization, and enhance the Company's operations and financial performance, the company said.

Superior's full year 2018 financial outlook provided on November 9th remains unchanged.
