SuperSonic Imagine : Partial exercise of the overallotment option

SuperSonic Imagine (Paris:SSI) (the "Company”), today announces that in connection with its initial public offering on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, Société Générale, acting on behalf of the Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners and of the Co-Lead Managers (together the "Underwriters”), partially exercised the overallotment option allowing the issue of 407,783 new shares at the offering price of €11.70 per share, corresponding to a total amount of approximately €4.8m.

As a result, the total number of SuperSonic Imagine’s shares offered in connection with the initial public offering amounts to 4,681,287 new shares, thereby increasing the offering size to approximately €54.8m.

In accordance, with the provisions of Article 631-10 of the Règlement général of the French Autorité des marchés financiers, Société Générale, acting as stabilizing agent, declares that:

• It has conducted stabilization transactions on SuperSonic Imagine’s shares (FR0010526814);
• The stabilization period started on April 10th, 2014;
• The stabilization period closed on May 9^th, 2014;
