Team Issues Q3 Outlook; Cuts FY14 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Team, Inc. (TISI) pre-announced that it expects third-quarter adjusted earnings of about $0.01 per share, on revenues of about $163 million for the quarter. Analysts currently expect third quarter earnings of $0.07 per share on revenues of $159.38 million.

The company said the results for the quarter have been negatively impacted by significant disruptions in business activity due to the uncharacteristically adverse and prolonged winter weather across the United States and Canada.

Additionally, Team announced that it expects fourth quarter earnings to be $0.65 to $0.80 per share and revenues to be in the range of $210 million to $225 million. Analysts currently expect earnings of $0.74 per share on revenues of $227.08 million.

The company now expects full year 2014 adjusted earnings in the range of $1.50 to $1.65 per share and full year revenues between $750 million to $765 million. Analysts now expect full year 2014 earnings of $1.66 per share on revenues of $763.01 million.

Earlier, the company projected full year 2014 earnings in the range of $1.55 to $1.85 per share, with revenues in the range of $765 million to $790 million.
