Teladoc Health Names Michael Grasher CFO

(RTTNews) - Teladoc Health (TDOC) announced the appointment of Michael Grasher as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. He most recently served as CFO of IFG Companies. Previously, Grasher served as CFO and Executive Vice President of Fortegra. Prior to Fortegra, he served as CFO and Executive Vice President of AMERISAFE.

"Mike is an experienced financial leader with a proven record of financial stewardship, driving operational discipline and strategic execution," said Chuck Divita, Chief Executive Officer of Teladoc Health.

In pre-market trading on NYSE, Teladoc Health shares are up 0.31 percent to $6.51.
