The LaSalle Group Announces New Chief Administrative Officer Role

IRVING, Texas, May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The LaSalle Group, Inc. www.LaSalleGroup.com, the family-owned-and-operated national leader in memory care assisted living, today announced the promotion of Kim Higgins Alleman to the newly created position of Chief Administrative Officer, having responsibility for the oversight of Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk and Legal. This new role will create a more efficient management structure while developing an even stronger and united emphasis on serving, growing, and engaging its team members. This, in turn, will enhance The LaSalle Group's responsiveness at its 50 Autumn Leaves® memory care communities in nine states.

Alleman brings more than 25 years' executive corporate experience to her new role. She was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Blockbuster Inc., Bank One and at VHA, Inc., a healthcare organization that, during her tenure, became nationally recognized as a Top 100 Places to Work.

In addition to her extensive professional experience, Alleman has been deeply involved in the community as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), and has served on the board of directors for The Family Place, The University of Dallas, Inroads, and Family Gateway.
