TherapeuticsMD Prices Underwritten Offering Of 13.75 Mln Shares At $2.40/shr

(RTTNews) - TherapeuticsMD Inc. (TXMD) announced that it has priced an underwritten offering of 13.75 million shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $2.40 per share.

The company expects that the gross proceeds to the company from this offering to be about $33 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other estimated offering expenses payable by the company.

All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by TherapeuticsMD.

The offering is expected to close on or about September 30, 2013, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
