Dividend payment in shares
Thermador Groupe has proposed the option of receiving dividends in shares for the 2016 pay-out. Its shareholders were able to take up the option from April 7-21, 2016.
In the end, 32% of the amount distributed will be paid in shares (against 18% in 2015), resulting in the creation of 58,957 new shares issued at €76.65, and a tax saving of €136,000 on the 2016 accounts (against €76,000 in 2015).
