Titan Int'l. Q3 Profit Misses View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Titan International Inc. (TWI) posted significantly lower third-quarter net income attributable to the company of $8.09 million, or $0.15 per share, versus last year's $19.58 million, or $0.39 per share. Adjusted net income for the recent quarter stood at $8.1 million, or $0.15 per share.

Sales for third quarter 2013 were $497.5 million, up 22.9 percent, compared with $404.72 million in the 2012 period. Sales grew about 35 percent from the addition of recently acquired entities including $128.9 million at Titan Europe for the third quarter 2013.

On average, 6 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings per share of $0.25, on $533.99 million in revenues for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.

Titan said it would announce the management goals for 2014 sales and EBITDA the week of December 15, 2013.
