Todd R. Fonner and Stephen H. Weinstein Named Senior Vice Presidents of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Fonner, 39, joined RenaissanceRe in 2001 as Vice President andTreasurer. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. Fonner served as VicePresident of Centre Solutions, responsible for underwriting andstructuring finance and credit related transactions. From 1993 to 1996he served as Manager of Strategic Planning for USF&G. He has over 15years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience.

Mr. Fonner graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from MiddleburyCollege and received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University ofChicago.

Mr. Weinstein, 37, joined RenaissanceRe in 2002 as Vice Presidentand General Counsel. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. Weinsteinspecialized in corporate law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Mr.Weinstein is admitted to practice in New York State and the Districtof Columbia, and is a member of the Law Committee of the ReinsuranceAssociation of America, the Policy Committee of the Association ofBermuda Insurers and Reinsurers, the American Bar Association andother legal and industry associations.

Mr. Weinstein graduated with a B.A. from Columbia College andreceived a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
