Trimble Navigation Q2 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Trimble Navigation Ltd. (TRMB) Tuesday reported second-quarter net income of $54.6 million or $0.21 per share, up from $53.7 million or $0.21 per share last year.

Adjusted net income for the quarter improved to $98.69 million or $0.38 per share, up from $92.1 million or $0.36 per share last year. On average, 13 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.37 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
