Ultralife Q4 Net Income Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Ultralife Corp. (ULBI) posted sharply higher fourth-quarter 2014 net income attributable to the company of $0.9 million, or $0.05 per share, compared with last year's $69,000, or $0.00 per share.

The firm reported operating income of $1.0 million in the quarter, versus $0.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Revenue for the three-month period was $19.9 million, compared with $20.2 million last year, a 1% decline reflecting an increase of $0.9 million in Battery & Energy Products sales, offset by a $1.1 million decrease in Communications Systems sales.
