RATING ASSIGNED TO THE COMPANY

United Company RUSAL PLC (the "Company”) is pleased to announce that it was assigned a corporate family rating (CFR) of Ba3 and probability of default rating (PDR) of Ba3-PD by Moody’s Investors Service Limited ("Moody’s”).

The outlook on the ratings is stable. This is the first time that Moody’s has assigned ratings to the Company.
