United Technologies Corp. Reports 14% Drop In Q4 Profit

(RTTNews) - United Technologies Corp. (UTX) reported earnings for fourth quarter that declined compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings came in at $1.30 billion, or $1.53 per share. This was down from $1.52 billion, or $1.67 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 2.2% to $14.65 billion. This was down from $14.98 billion last year.
