Verint Systems and Novantas Form Strategic Alliance for Retail Financial Services Workforce Optimization Solutions

Following continued momentum for its Impact 360^® Workforce Optimization solutions in the retail banking industry, including reinvestments by several large customers and new mid-market and community bank customers, Verint^® Systems Inc. today announced a new strategic alliance with Novantas LLC focused on delivering comprehensive solutions to the retail banking sector.

The initiative with Novantas, a leading provider of management consulting and information services to the financial services industries, will bring together Verint’s market-leading branch bank workforce optimization (WFO) solutions with Novantas’ leading market/deposit databases and branch performance technologies—creating comprehensive Branch Banking Optimization services designed to improve growth and profitability in the banking sector.

Leading this practice within the firm will be Darryl Demos, who is joining Novantas as managing director. A productivity expert, his background includes serving as advisor to financial institutions around the world, helping them achieve and maintain balance across sales, customer service and internal controls. He founded Demos Solutions Group in 1990 to help the banking, insurance, mortgage and securities industries improve the cost efficiency and quality control of sales, customer service, back-office and financial functions, later merging the business into the broader Verint organization to deliver a best-in-class solution for branch WFO.
