Viasat Inc Earnings Rise 36% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Viasat Inc (VSAT) announced a profit for its second quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $20.3 million, or $0.40 per share. This was higher than $14.9 million, or $0.30 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 13.0% to $399.2 million. This was up from $353.3 million last year.
