Vishay Intertechnology Inc. Announces 9% Retreat In Q1 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (VSH) reported a profit for first quarter that lost ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its earnings totaled $28.01 million, or $0.19 per share. This was down from $30.69 million, or $0.20 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 3.8% to $570.60 million. This was down from $593.44 million last year.
