Vista Outdoor To Acquire Foresight Sports - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Vista Outdoor Inc. (VSTO) has agreed to acquire Foresight Sports, a designer and manufacturer of golf performance analysis, entertainment, and game enhancement technologies, for $474 million. Vista Outdoor said the acquisition immediately positions it as one of the top technology players in the golf industry.

For calendar year 2021, Foresight Sports' net sales and adjusted EBITDA are expected to be approximately $100 million and $50 million, respectively.

Vista Outdoor expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to earnings, excluding transaction and transition costs.
