Waste Management Now Expects To Exceed Upper End Of Its 2015 Adj. EPS Guidance

(RTTNews) - Waste Management, Inc. (WM) announced that, based upon its results through September, the company is confident that it can meet the analysts' fourth quarter consensus of $0.67 of adjusted earnings per share, which would allow the company to exceed the upper end of its 2015 adjusted earnings per share guidance of $2.55.

Waste Management also expects to exceed the upper end of its full year free cash flow guidance of $1.5 billion.

For the third-quarter, net income was $335 million, or $0.74 per share, compared with net income of $270 million, or $0.58 per share, for the third quarter of 2014. Revenue declined by 6.7% compared to the third quarter of 2014.
