Watts Water Technologies Bottom Line Advances 7% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Watts Water Technologies (WTS) revealed earnings for its second quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $26.0 million, or $0.75 per share. This was up from $24.3 million, or $0.69 per share, in last year's second quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.70 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 4.1% to $371.1 million. This was down from $386.9 million last year.
