Wavecom Announces Acquisition of Anyware Technologies, a Leader In M2M Solutions and Services

(Paris:AVM) (NASDAQ:WVCM) (ISIN:FR0000073066) today announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Anyware Technologies, an industry leader in machine-to-machine (M2M) client-server software solutions located in Toulouse, France. An additional payment for earn-out of up to € 2 million upon reaching certain milestones is to be made in 2009. The acquisition should be accretive for Wavecom in 2008.
