WD-40 Company Q4 Profit Rises

(RTTNews) - WD-40 Company (WDFC) Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $11.5 million or $0.77 per share, up from $8.1 million or $0.53 per share last year.

Total net sales for the fourth quarter rose 4 percent to $97.6 million from $93.5 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.64 per share on revenues of $98.21 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For the full year 2015, the company expects earnings of $3.07 to $3.16 per share and net sales between $398 million and $413 million. Analysts currently estimates earnings of $3.02 per share on revenues of $401.9 million for the year.
