Welltower Inc. Announces 22% Advance In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Welltower Inc. (HCN) reported a profit for its third quarter that advanced compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $396.47 million, or $1.12 per share. This was higher than $326.13 million, or $1.04 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 15.5% to $979.00 million. This was up from $847.52 million last year.
