Who's Your Daddy Announces Agreement with Net Vertex to Arrange Financing Through Joint Venture, Loans and Licensing for Japan

Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTCBB:WYDI) announced it has finalized a consulting agreement with Net Vertex New York Inc. to perform consulting services related to corporate organization and business development in Japan.

Net Vertex is a service-oriented firm with an expertise based on experience and contacts with assisting companies in developing strategic distribution relationships, business partners and joint venture collaborations.

The Net Vertex service offers many advantages and eliminates client overhead allowing clients to manage resources. Net Vertex offers a single source of expertise with access to multiple public and private resources supported by an existing organization and capitalizing on the credibility and international track record of Net Vertex.

The Net Vertex consulting services will include:

• Identification and evaluation of agents, distributors, and strategic representatives;
• Comprehensive market analysis;
• Overcoming regulatory barriers and supporting businesses, including facilitating governmental, capital markets, and business introductions; and
• Development and analysis of infrastructures and partner reliability.

Net Vertex Principal, Hiromitsu Yamagishi, has extensive domestic and international experience in both the public and private company sectors. Additionally Mr. Yamagishi has over 20 years of experience in the international investment markets, including the areas of corporate finance, corporate equity investment, merger and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

Mr. Yamagishi is a former banker with Nomura Securities International Inc., where he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance. His role was directing late stage equity investments to bridge into IPO stage. While at Nomura Mr. Yamagishi’s team successfully raised and funded in excess of one billion dollars.

Mr. Yamagishi was previously a Director of Business Development for the non-profit organization America the Beautiful Fund, of Washington D.C. Mr. Yamagishi was initially nominated to the Fund by the New York Bar Association.

Mr. Yamagishi graduated from the University of Tokyo and holds an MBA from NYU. He has dual residences in New Jersey and Tokyo.

Net Vertex Principal, Richard McLoone, has an extensive background working with emerging growth companies. He has, throughout his career, assisted numerous groups in accessing the international institutional capital markets through IPO’s, secondary offerings, PIPE’s, and venture capital investor introductions. He has built institutional equity sales and trading desks at several boutique broker-dealers, including: Rodman & Renshaw; vFinance, one of the largest OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet market makers, where as head of the Institutional Sales Department he supervised activities; and Jesup & Lamont. Mr. McLoone’s experience also includes time at the former NYSE specialist firm Robb Peck McCooey. He has worked extensively with European, North American and Asian institutions raising in excess of seven hundred million dollars and pending transactions in various stages of final diligence expected to raise that amount to in excess of one billion dollars.

Mr. McLoone obtained degrees in Environmental Science, History, and Political Science from Hartwick College and completed his graduate course work in Portfolio Management at NYU. He is a former board member of FAMMS (Financial Money Managers Society Inc.). Mr. McLoone previously held Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 53 and 63 Registrations.
