Willis Group Names Eric Dinallo General Counsel

In this role, Mr. Dinallo will be responsible for the Group'slegal and regulatory affairs globally. Reporting to Joe Plumeri,Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, he will lead the work of thelegal, compliance, audit and corporate secretariat teams across theCompany.

Formerly Managing Director, Head of Regulatory Affairs at MorganStanley, Dinallo built the company's regulatory group and directed itsstrategy resulting in improved regulatory relations. Prior to joiningMorgan Stanley, Dinallo served as the Chief of the InvestmentProtection Bureau of the New York Attorney General.

Dinallo has also served as Assistant District Attorney in the NewYork County District Attorney's Office; was a Litigation Associate atPaul Weiss; and, clerked for The Honorable David M. Ebel, UnitedStates Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

A graduate of Vassar College, Dinallo holds a Master's Degree fromthe Duke University School of Public Policy and a Juris Doctor fromthe New York University School of Law.
