Ausdrill Limited -- Moody's downgrades Ausdrill's rating to B1; Outlook negative
Sydney, February 27, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded Ausdrill Limited's corporate family rating (CFR) to B1 from Ba3. At the same time, Moody's have downgraded the senior unsecured rating of Ausdrill Finance Pty Ltd to B2 from B1. The outlook on all ratings is negative.
