London, 02 August 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") has today assigned definitive Baa2 ratings to the EUR857.5 million senior secured amortising bonds due July 2046 and the EUR42.5 million senior secured index-linked bonds due in July 2032 (the Bonds) issued by Autoroute de Liaison Seine-Sarthe S.A. ("Alis"). Proceeds from the Bonds will be used to fully refinance its existing senior financial indebtedness, fund reserves, cover transaction costs and refinance some of the existing subordinated debt. Alis operates a 125-km tolled stretch of the A28 motorway in North West France under a concession expiring in 2067. The rating outlook is stable.
