Banco BBM S.A. -- Moody's América Latina changes to negative outlook on BBM and Daycoval's local currency debt ratings; ratings were affirmed

Sao Paulo, October 27, 2015 -- Moody's América Latina Ltda (MAL) has today changed to negative, from stable, the outlook of two Brazilian banks, namely Banco BBM S.A. and Banco Daycoval S.A., including on their respective local currency senior unsecured debt ratings. At the same time, all ratings are being affirmed.
