Mexico, June 14, 2016 -- Moody's de México has confirmed the A3 global scale senior unsecured debt and deposit ratings of Banco Santander (México), S.A. (Santander México) and assigned a negative outlook. Moody's also confirmed Santander México's Mexican National Scale deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of Aaa.mx. At the same time, Moody's downgraded Santander México's standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) by one notch to baa2, but confirmed the bank's adjusted BCA.
