Banco Santander Rio S.A. -- Moody's assigns a Aaa.ar debt rating to Banco Santander Rio S.A.'s new debt issuances
Buenos Aires City, December 30, 2015 -- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. assigned today a B1 global local currency senior debt rating and a Aaa.ar national scale debt rating to Banco Santander Rio S.A.'s (Santander Rio) Class 10 expected issuance of up to ARS 1000 million, which will be due in 18 months, and Class 11 expected issuance up to ARS 1000 million, which will be due in 36 months, both under the bank's $500 million medium-term note program. Both expected issuances together must not exceed ARS 1000 million.
