Toronto, June 11, 2014 -- In the first paragraph, removed reference to the affirmation of the Ba1 senior secured revolving credit facility rating from the first sentence and revised the second sentence to read as follows: "Moody's also assigned BRP a first time speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-2, indicating good liquidity, and assigned a Ba1 rating to the senior secured revolving credit facility rating."
