Brightstar Corp. -- Moody's assigns B1 to Brightstar's new notes; outlook negative
New York, July 22, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") assigned a B1 rating to Brightstar Corp.'s new senior unsecured note offering. The proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying the outstandings under its asset backed revolver. The rating outlook remains negative.
