Hong Kong, April 01, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service says that China Vanke Co., Ltd.'s strong 2014 results partly mitigate the impact of its declining margins against a backdrop of rising costs. The company showed solid growth in contracted sales, low leverage, and strong liquidity. Moody's outlook is stable.
