New York, September 19, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today changed the rating outlook for CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. to developing from stable. Moody's also affirmed the company's existing ratings, including its B2 Corporate Family Rating and B2-PD Probability of Default Rating. The rating actions follow the company's announcement that Community is exploring a variety of options with financial sponsors, as well as other potential alternatives.
