Sao Paulo, August 23, 2013 -- Moody's America Latina (Moody's) affirmed the Baa3 and Aa1.br ratings on the global scale and on the Brazilian National Scale Rating (NSR), respectively, of the BRL400 million senior, unsecured debentures that will be issued by Companhia de Gás de São Paulo -- COMGAS (the "Company"). At the same time, Moody's affirmed COMGAS' Baa3 / Aa1.br Issuer Ratings on the global and national scales, respectively. The outlook is stable for all ratings.
