New York, July 19, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned a standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) of b1 to Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. (COFIDE), a development bank 98.96% owned by the Republic of Peru via its holding company, the National Fund for the Financing of the State Entrepreneurial Activities (FONAFE). Moody's has also assigned Baa3 long-term local and foreign currency issuer ratings to COFIDE.
