Columbus International Inc. -- Moody's Changes Columbus (B3) rating review to review for upgrade from review for downgrade following the announcement of its refinancing plan

Mexico, March 19, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service changed the review direction of Columbus International Inc.'s (Columbus) B3 corporate family rating and of the B3 rating on its USD 640 million senior secured notes maturing in November 2014 to review for upgrade from review for downgrade following the company's announcement that it will issue USD 1.25 billion senior unsecured notes, the proceeds of which will partially be used to refinance existing debt.
