London, 10 May 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) has today affirmed the Baa2.za national scale rating (NSR) of CPV Power Plant No.1 Bond SPV (RF) Limited (the Issuer) in conjunction with the recalibration of the South African national rating scale. In addition, Moody's has assigned and published the Ba3 global scale rating (GSR) of the Issuer for the first time. The outlook on both the national scale rating and the global scale rating is stable.
